Walmart's brand Great Value over the years I would have to say everything I've tried is oftentimes overdone rich wise too many seasonings too strong oftentimes ruining it that being said what could be the cause I looked at the Walton family and they're very independent minded they don't listen and greedy and don't mind using people and telling them how to feel and I'm not mad about it but that's what I have observed

I thought what could be the reason that they make everything so insanely rich while their advisers are telling them this is too rich the big guys don't put this much seasoning in the products but yet Walmart continues

Their oatmeal cookies everything is overdone a little bit quality's fine but it's just over overdone so nothing ever succeeds and I know some analyst has told them this and all I can think is they have all have done so much cocaine in their lives over the years that their taste buds are gone so they have to increase everything

I still have two 8 oz servings from the 4 Cups of tea I made at 8 p.m. yesterday. But I ain't going to touch it right now. What I just did is got some water hot as fok and poured it onto all the butter inside my coffee mug from the lemon, lime, and honey tea I made and then I poured that hot and melted butter water on to some Hot 'n' Spicy Ramen. No caffeine nightcap. That was my mistake yesterday. I drank the rest of my tea at the end of the night and it had English Breakfast in it. This is just lemon water and honey with flower butter.

Drinking this ramen broth is like drinking wine. Gets higher by the sip.

I worked 10 hours on the day my cold gave me its power up. Neon green loogies but I feel incredibly uplifted. Still got shortness of breath. Detox not over yet. Going well. Only two small jobs tonight. God at work.
