QUITE AN INTERESTING PUZZLE

Quite an interesting puzzle – took me a bit to solve it – but curious about how you go thinking about how to solve such puzzles.
I see that Russiagate is back in the news! Except that now the shoe seems to be on the other foot – namely Hilary’s foot! I wonder where all this is going! I like to say that your country’s politics is more or less insane – but I fear that European politics is no better. There’s even talk of war more or less next door to where I live – the Ukraine is not so far from here!

I’ve been working on modeling various puzzles – and I often find it harder to model puzzles than solving them. Sometimes we know how to solve something – without being able to be quite so precise about it so as to be able to program a computer – on model it on a Bayesian network – which is the general avenue of my research at the moment.
French presidential election in April – I’m voting for Zemmour! But I fear that Macron is almost sure to win.
